Terms of Service

1. The service

Thinr ("the Service") is a web application that provides a spreadsheet-style interface over your HubSpot CRM data via HubSpot's API. The Service is provided by SaaSpirin LLC.

2. Early access

The Service is currently offered in a private, early-access phase. Features may change, and access may be granted or revoked at our discretion during this period. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

3. Your HubSpot data

You are responsible for the data in your HubSpot account and for the edits you make through the Service. Because edits write directly to HubSpot and follow a last-write-wins policy, you are responsible for verifying bulk changes before applying them. Thinr does not store copies of your records; see our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with HubSpot's terms and applicable law, and not to use it to access data you are not authorized to access.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSpirin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data changes made through it.
