Privacy Policy

The short version

Thinr is a thin interface over the live HubSpot CRM API. It does not store your customer records anywhere. There is no database, no browser storage, and no server-side cache. HubSpot remains the single source of truth for all record data.

What we do not store

We never persist HubSpot records (Contacts, Companies, Deals, or any of their properties) to disk or to any datastore. While you use the app, records are held only in a temporary in-memory window in your browser tab, which is discarded as soon as the tab is closed.

What we do store

The only data Thinr persists is configuration and credentials:

• Saved views: the column layout, filters, sorts and list selection you choose to save. These contain no customer records.
• OAuth tokens: the per-portal access and refresh tokens required to call HubSpot on your behalf, plus your portal's name and id.

HubSpot access

You grant Thinr access via HubSpot OAuth. Thinr requests read and write scopes for Contacts, Companies and Deals (and read access to their schemas, lists and owners), only what it needs to display and edit those objects. You can revoke access at any time from HubSpot's Connected Apps settings.
